WE are told yet again council tax will have to increase next year as per usual. For what I may ask?
For the second time residents of Jutland Grove have had to collect their bins from the next street - The Avenue.
It is only a matter of time before bins will have to have a road tax disc fitted, so ratepayers can wheel their bins to the nearest local tip themselves.
What about a rebate for a change?
