REGULAR shoplifter Wayne Tobin was caught stealing again while he was still on court bail for a similar matter.
Bury magistrates heard that Tobin, aged 24, from Buller Street in Bury, went into the B&Q store in the town and tried to steal a Flymo blade worth £7. He was detained and arrested.
Three months later, Tobin was spotted as he tried to steal a pair of jeans worth £18 from the Littlewoods store in Bury. He was stopped and the police were called.
In court, Tobin pleaded guilty to both matters.
Magistrates sentenced Tobin to a two-year community rehabilitation order and to attend the national Think First programme. He was ordered to pay £80 court costs.
