AN expanding Bolton law firm has recruited an experienced property specialist as a new partner.
David Johnson, aged 43, has joined Kippax Beaumont Lewis from Keoghs where he was head of property.
He was with Keoghs for 21 years and has acted on many complex property transactions.
KBL has the largest specialist property team in Bolton and provides a full service to businesses, developers, funders and investors.
Bolton-born Mr Johnson, who went to Bolton School, is married with two children -- a son in his gap year and a nine-year-old daughter at Clevelands School in Bolton.
He is a member of Bolton Golf Club, playing off a handicap of six.
Philip Stephenson, KBL's managing partner, said: "David is a highly regarded and respected lawyer and very well-known.
"His clients can expect a high level of service from KBL.
"We are in no doubt he will be a great asset."
