THROUGHOUT this year and beyond, I have heard many fevered reports of plans to give Bolton City Status.
Personally I don't hold with any of it and would like to give the people of Bolton the opportunity to support the idea that Bolton remains a town. Anyone wishing to support this can do so by sending their comments to the contacts below.
