A 30-YEAR-old man was bound over to keep the peace for 12 months by Bolton magistrates after a late night family argument.
The court was told Simon Charnley of Ivanhoe Court, Bolton, had become involved in a heated argument with his common-law wife and her mother.
Charnley admitted breaching the peace and told magistrates: "I had too much to drink. It won't happen again."
Magistrates bound Charnley over in the sum of £100 to keep the peace for 12 months.
