TO complete the trio of Manor 5 individuals of the year awards, is M5's Goalkeeper of the Year, Mark Barrick, of Wednesday Premier side Jossy's Giants.

Without doubt, the most difficult category this year was producing the nominees for the crazy goalkeepers section. Unlike the outfield player, who is able to express himself within a match, the goalkeeper has one specific job, stop the shots from going between the uprights. The style and charisma are extras.

No more is this expertise highlighted than in five-a-side football. The game is played on a smaller playing area, therefore, shots at goal ratio exceeds that of an 11-a-side football match. Mark's success between the sticks was highlighted by his manager, Danny Nightingale.

He said: "Although we regained the Premiership title, in numerous games we did not play to our potential. Mark on other hand was the exception. Fourteen league matches, 14 solid performances."
