TWO people told a court how they saw a man waving a gun through a window following a row between two sisters.
Akeel Khan is alleged to have threatened his girlfriend's sister with the gun following a row between the two women.
Appearing before Bolton Crown Court, Khan, aged 23, of Warwick Gardens, Bolton, denies possessing a firearm.
Prosecutor Richard Heap said sisters Joanne and Karen Corbett had fallen out. During the course of the argument Khan was allegedly seen waving a gun about from a bedroom window in Pennington Road in Great Lever, Bolton.
Karen Corbett told the court she immediately called the police when she saw the gun.
Her former partner Paul Morton said he saw a man waving a stick through the window before he disappeared and returned with a gun which he described as looking like a Colt 45. He said he was not worried and thought the gun was a replica.
The case continues.
