MILLIES Cookies are the best - that was the verdict from this group of youngsters after they had just enjoyed a residential experience courtesy of confectionery chain Millies Cookies.
Jeremy Glover, manager at Bolton Lads' & Girls' Club explained that a donation from Millies Cookies has funded the club's residential programme for 12 months and has been a great boost to everyone.
He added: "Thirty one youngsters and seven volunteers enjoyed a fantastic weekend at the water park centre on the shores of Lake Coniston. It was great to see everyone join in and help each other.
"We have only just started using the park and it really is a first class facility. The youngsters enjoyed sailing, canoeing, rock climbing, a rope challenge and other confidence building activities.
"They came back feeling 10 feet tall." Pass the cookie jar
