AFTER being treated twice in the past for cancer, you could imagine my delight at hearing about the new cancer drug with a 90 per cent success rate for Leukaemia sufferers.

But then here's the catch -- £18,000 per patient.

I think this is where I lose the plot, because the government say it could be too expensive to prescribe, and yet each day we are told how many immigrants are finding refuge in this country.

I wonder how much is laid aside for these people. I am not racist, and I voted for this government, but I have to now wonder where their priorities lie.
