"A" Darcy Lever -- commenced May 6, 1910, using three single-decker cars bought specially for this route. These cars were later rebuilt as double-deckers. (Service ceased May 11, 1928).
"B" Services to Toothill Bridge -- commenced December 9, 1899, extended to Breightmet March 18, 1905; joint through-service commenced with Bury Corporation to Bury January 20, 1907. (Service ceased January 22, 1934).
"D" Commenced January 2, 1900, two termini -- Dunscar Bridge and Andrew Lane with occasional short journeys to Seymour Road. (Service ceased October 4, 1946).
"E" Commenced January 2, 1900, to Blackshaw Lane, extended to Chip Hill Road December 21, 1900, and subsequently extended to Westhoughton December 19, 1924. The Deane service was eventually cut back to Hulton Lane. (Service ceased November 4, 1946).
"F" Service to Moses Gate January 2, 1900, extended to Farnworth (Black Horse) March 3, 1900. "Specials" to Moses Gate used letter "M" until September 29, 1946. (Service ceased November 13, 1944).
"F" Route to Walkden from Moses Gate taken over from SLT in 1931; lines and overhead on lease from SLT. Letter "G" used in final years. (Service ceased November 13, 1944).
"G" Commenced to Great Lever (Rishton Lane/Green Lane) via Bridgeman Street December 9, 1899. (Service ceased September 1, 1936).
"H" To Halliwell (Temple Road) January 2, 1900, withdrawn September 14, 1939, then reinstated as a war-time measure April 1, 1940. (Service ceased August 6, 1945).
"M" Commenced October 26, 1923, to Swan Lane (Paulhan Street). Nicknamed the "Miffy" tram after a cartoon character in the Bolton Evening News. (Service ceased August 17, 1936).
"N" To Lostock Junction Lane January 2, 1900, extended to Horwich (Crown Hotel) May 19, 1900. Shuttle-service from The Crown via Lee Lane, Church St and Victoria Road to Chorley New Road -- discontinued July 12. Peak-hour service to Albert Road (Bolton) later used Letter "O". (Service ceased October 7, 1946).
"O" Commenced January 2, 1900, to Doffcocker (Inn), extended to Montserrat June 8, 1923. (Service ceased January 1, 1939).
"R" Commenced January 2, 1900, to Daubhill (Railway Crossing), extended to Four Lane July 19, 1902, then cut back to Hulton Lane 1933. (SLT trolleybuses to Leigh). (Service ceased January 1, 1939).
"S" To Brownlow Fold (Elgin Street) May 4, 1911, extended to Church Road (Smithills) May 11, 1924. (Service ceased March 1, 1933).
"T" Commenced December 9, 1899, to Tonge Moor (Royal Oak). (Service ceased March 29, 1947).
