SPEAKING at the end to Sky Sports Sam Allardyce said he was "absolutely gutted" by the result.
"To score two very good away goals and then go home with nothing is sickening.
"After getting back to 2-2 you don't want to concede from a set play. That's what we did. You're never happy about it.
"But it was a good performance overall - nobody's turned us over this season and that's pleasing.
"Skilful players who people play a lot of money for find it very difficult to break us down. That is our basic quality. The amount of good chances we had here is the really pleasing thing for me."
