A MOTHER whose baby died of meningitis has again appealed for thieves to return a locket containing a curl of her daughter's hair.
Mary Freeman, aged 39, from Darcy Lever, is devastated that no one has yet come forward with the memento which also contained a picture of 22-month-old Natalie taken days before she died.
It was stolen from her home last week and was the only "real piece of Natalie" that Mary had left.
She has asked the thieves to hand it in to the police or at the Bolton Evening News reception.
