A CIVIC Hall iwas the venue for a fruity tea dance with a difference, courtesy of Bolton bakers Warburtons.
The North-west's leading bread company invited tea dance regulars to the venue in Knutsford, Cheshire, to forego their usual waltz in favour of a sexy salsa and a slice of the company's latest new products: Fruit Loaf with Orange, Raisin Loaf with Cinnamon, and Rich Fruit Loaf with Belgian Chocolate.
Latino wannabees were treated to the good looks and smooth footwork of salsa expert Colette Francis in an hour-long salsa lesson.
Warburtons local sales manager, Ian Williams, pictured with Colette, who admits to two left feet, said the idea was to have some fun and introduce people to the company's fruity new loaves. who admitted to having two left feet,
"Fruit loaves and tea dances are the perfect mix, but salsa gives it a contemporary twist -- just like the loaves themselves."
