AS a resident who enjoys life in our town I must plead with the vast majority of sensible people in our town of all creeds and races to ignore the scourge of so-called nationalistic activists.

There is a minority who like to lynch each other after a skinful in our town centre and fascist groups feeding them with hatred propaganda makes matters worse.

The drunken yob mentality will never leave us and I suppose that is fine as the police can contain such types while they are killing each other outside the town's bars. But if this propaganda then encourages the minority to vent their anger on people who deserve better, such as 'our', I repeat 'our', Asian community, then this propaganda activity must be stopped.

The police officer that states that is not an offence to hand out fliers should be able to make reference to the 'incitement to violence' law that should eject this unwanted propaganda from our town.

If I can make reference to the nationalist activist people - please crawl back under the stones from where you came and remember, millions of our countrymen died fighting fascism to make our country and world a better place and we do not need you in Chorley or anywhere else for that matter.
