MAGISTRATES expressed concern that a Bolton man had shown signs of drug use the day after a drugs treatment and testing order had been imposed.
Dean Anthony Lever, aged 19, of Tintern Avenue, appeared in court for a review of the order that was made on January 10.
The court heard that there was expected to be a reduction in Lever's drug use by the next review and that Lever had attended all his appointments and had participated in groups.
Magistrates decided to let the order continue and told Lever to be back in court on March 6, when they wanted to see an improvement.
