SKI-ING trips are especially popular with schools these days.
Insurance firm Primary Direct offer this advice to keep youngsters safe:
Always wear goggles or sunglasses to avoid ray damage, and wear a hat and gloves
Be careful not to damage yourself or others with your skis
Do not fool around on the chairlift, or try to be clever on the slopes to impress friends
Eat enough at mealtimes to give you energy for the day's ski-ing.
