A 23-YEAR-OLD Bolton man is recovering from surgery after being injured when a car mounted the pavement.
The victim, who has not been named by police, underwent an operation to try and save one of his eyes after the incident early on Friday morning.
He was standing on the pavement outside Berlins nightclub in Bloom Street, Manchester, when he was involved in a collision with a Honda Prelude.
He was taken to Manchester Royal Infirmary with serious head injuries.
Two men, aged 21 and 22, from Oldham are due to appear before Manchester Magistrates on Wednesday morning.
