BALLOONS will fill the Bolton sky when Bolton Hospice launches its 10th anniversary celebrations.
Hospice staff are hoping to release more than 1,000 balloons from Victoria Square on Saturday, March 2.
And nine-year-old Bolton girl Rebecca Flatter is eager to get involved.
Each balloon will carry a supporter's ticket -- each ticket will cost £1 -- and the owner of balloon which travels the furthest by April 2 will receive a prize of £20.
The event will hopefully set the standard for the year of celebrations and the hospice is hoping as many people as possible will buy a ticket.
Tickets are £1 and are available from Party Snobs, 212 Chorley Old Road and also from Bolton Hospice at Queens Park Street.
If you want to help sell tickets call James Emmett at the hospice on 01204 520040.
