GET ready for the launch of The Legend of Bagger Vance, available on VHS (£9.99) and DVD from Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment.
Helmed by Academy Award-winning director Robert Redford, this period drama tees off on February 11 and features a star-studded cast including Matt Damon, Charlize Theron and Will Smith.
With fascinating special features, both formats are guaranteed to get you even more engrossed in the film and the mythology that surrounds the story.
Set in the USA's Deep South, the film centres on Rannulph Junuh (Damon), Savannah's very own golfing hero who appears to have it all, including captivating, street smart southern belle Adele Invergordon (Theron).
But their idyllic existence is shattered when Junuh is called up to fight in the First World War. As the only survivor of his company, he disappears, only to return to Savannah ten years later a broken man, preferring to spend his time drinking and gambling.
Meanwhile, the great depression has hit town and, following her father's suicide, Adele risks everything to save his golf estate by holding a tournament between two of the country's premier golfers, Bobby Jones (Joel Gretsch) and Walter Hagen (Bruce McGill).
Initially refusing to participate in the competition, a reluctant Junuh is eventually persuaded to represent Savannah by the mysterious appearance of the almost magical Bagger Vance (Smith).
With his spiritual pearls of wisdom, Bagger becomes Junuh's caddy, helping the disillusioned golfer rediscover his swing and embark on a journey of self-discovery.
As the tournament progresses, the excitement unites the town and Junuh begins to rediscover something within him.
Both DVD and VHS have a host of extras, including a Robert Redford insights featurette giving the background to the story, cast and crew biographies, and a "Making of" section.
