LEIGH Centurions have increased their already considerable pack power by signing front rower Simon Knox from Oldham.
Cumbrian Knox was a member of the Widnes side that won last season's NFP Grand Final but joined Oldham after refusing to go full-time professional with the Vikings in Super League. "Simon feels he made a big mistake going to Oldham," says Leigh chief executive Tommy Cunningham.
"We're delighted to have such an experienced front rower on board."
