I OFTEN read your letters, some are complaints some are complements.
Many regarding the Bolton Royal Hospital are complaints regarding service, care and waiting times.
Our mother has just spend the last few weeks of her life on H3 ward at the Bolton Royal Hospital, but, due to the shortage of beds ,she was given a lovely side room on the ward. All the staff on that ward were very caring, supportive and helpful, the nurses and doctors were always available for any questions which needed answering. We could not have coped with our mother's illness with out these nurses. Sadly our mother died, but at this sad time at least we know her last few week were with some of the most loving and caring staff that we have ever met.
