A MOTHER-of-five on shoplifting charges had been in such a woeful state that she was in danger of damaging her health to an "irreparable" extent, a court heard.
Jacqueline Ann Ridgeley, aged 37, from Bury, but currently living at Hopwood House, Heywood, had been made subject to community rehabilitation by Bury magistrates twice in the past for shoplifting. She was before the bench at Rochdale admitting she had stolen property worth £81 from Morrisons, Heywood.
Ridgeley was given a further 12 months conditional rehabilitation order.
