ADLINGTON'S MP has joined fellow members of Parliament in expressing their outrage at cruelty to bulls in Spain.
Lindsay Hoyle MP has demanded an end to the practice of bull fighting and sponsored an early day motion to put pressure on the Spanish Government to take action.
He said: "Over 35,000 bulls every year are tormented and killed in bullfights in Spain.
"Spain does not have a very good animals right record and bullfighting perhaps sums up everything that is bad about the way they use animals for the entertainment with a total lack of respect for the animal in question."
