A MAN was bound over to keep the peace by Bolton magistrates after he became drunk and refused to leave his girlfriend's house. David Albert McDonald, aged 43, of Bury Road, Bolton, broke a window and entered his girlfriend's house early on Sunday. Police were called. The painter and decorator, who admitted a breach of the peace, was bound over for a year.
