A CHARITY has received a welcome boost from one of Bolton's newest stores.
Generous staff at Bolton's Fabric Warehouse store donated hundreds of pounds worth of soft furnishings to Grosvenor house, in Darcy Lever.
The store in Manchester Road provided the charity with bed linen, throws and a range of other accessories to celebrate opening its doors on Saturday.
Grosvenor House provides self-contained flats for 16 residents with severe learning difficulties. The charity allows them to live independently before moving into their own homes.
Operations manager Simeon Tinant made the presentation at a special ceremony on Saturday.
