I HAVE lived in the Bolton area for two years, and it amazes me that the people of Bolton let the bureaucrats dictate how the town is run.
It is about time that the bureaucrats realise it is our town, we tell them how we want it, not how they think we want it.
The people who run the parking policy, (ie. us) should decide if we want Bolton to be a place which attracts trade and people, or allow the bureaucrats to run it their way.
I am sure the great majority of people in the Bolton area would prefer the town to blossom. I personally feel the town has a good solid base of buildings; with a little bit of effort we could make the negative approach positive. Come on Bolton, let's do it!
