A HARWOOD pub managed to raise £604 to help Longsight Primary School, which is threatened with closure.
The Seven Stars, at Lea Gate, collected the amount from an auction, which featured signed Bolton Wanderers items and gifts donated from local businesses.
Licensee Pamela Gardner said: "We would like to say thank you to everyone who attended."
The cash will go to pay for the school's legal fees as it fights for survival.
