Week 5
Nachos: none (vg)
Crisps: none (vg)
Chips: none (vg, but son's potato smiley face so not vg)
Dinner at Italian restaurant (was not only vg but absolutely delicious)
Weight: 8st 11lbs (v bad)
AS you can see, I have regained the pound I lost last week.
Was it the smiley face or the large plate of tortelloni and tomato sauce I consumed last Saturday night?
Probably the latter I suspect. The red wine probably didn't help either.
Still, I didn't eat it all and I didn't have dessert so I think a pound is not too bad. I'll just have to work extra hard this week.
With only just over a week to go it doesn't look like I'll hit my target weight, but I will have a jolly good go.
I have carried on with my four/five times a week at the gym, much to the detriment of my knees -- but more on that next week.
Until then, I will return to my salads, veggies and tubs of cottage cheese.
