WE selected five tapas.
These included: including Cordero en Salsa -- lamb casserole with red wine, onions, mustard and peppercorns; Gambas Gabardina, a tasty dish of battered king prawns served with garlic mayonnaise, and Seleccion de queso Espanoles -- three Spanish cheeses -- from a list of more than 20 dishes. The high spot was the Montado de Salmon Ahumado y queso fresco -- toasted bread topped with smoked salmon and cream cheese.
