WITH 23 choices of starter -- from mulligatawny soup to samosas, kebabs and chilli-fried chicken -- East to West would not be a good venue for the indecisive diner!
The chicken jalfrazi main course was almost perfectly pitched -- hot but not overpowering -- and my companion's choice of Balti Kashmiri was a buttery delight, pieces of chicken breast marinated in crushed mustard and garlic with fresh coriander. Never has "mmmm" been so heartfelt!
