THE extensive menu had 16 starters, with seven more on the specials board from which I chose mussels done the French way with cream, pepper and parsley.
My husband chose the trout, a whole fish grilled with rosemary and mint sprigs tucked under the skin. The main course is generally steak and chicken dishes with one or two Oriental specialities. Each day there are special fish dishes depending on which the chef feels is the best at the market.
