THE calzone, filled with mozzarella cheese, tomato, ham, salami, onions and mushrooms, was bulging at the seams.
My partner chose tortellini alla veneziana, enthusing it was the best example of Italian food she had eaten outside Milan. For dessert, she had the tiramisu and said it was almost as good as her main course. And for entertainment? A live act with music ranging from the '60s to Robbie Williams.
