THERE is so much on the menu, but we eventually decided on six dishes:
Berenjenas (aubergine with cheese, tomato and herbs); Tapas paella with chicken; Chorizo Frito -- this spicy sausage really did melt in the mouth; Patata bravas -- these spicy potatoes had been recommended and were delicious; Fritura Pescado -- seafood consisting of squid, swordfish, prawns, sardines; Ensala de Tomate, tomato salad, deliciously refreshing.
