A CINEMA advert campaign to alert teenagers to the dangers of being run over has been launched by the Government.
Statistics show that collisions in the road are the biggest single cause of death for children aged 12 to 15, with 70 being killed in 2000.
Bolton is bucking the trend because there has been only one fatality in the town during the last 12 months. The advert shows the impact of the death of a young person on his family, friends and girlfriend, and will be shown until May.
