BOLTON Under 14s face their toughest test of the season when they travel to take on Trafford in the semi final of the Greater Manchester Schools' Talbot Cup at Ashton on Mersey tomorrow.
The town team have been in fine form since the turn of the year losing just one of their last four games.
Prior to that Bolton had won just once from ten games but team boss Ivor Altdorf has seen his side hit top form in the last couple of months.
Altdorf is optimistic of his team's chances this weekend and he is able to include Wanderers Academy midfielder Daniel Stott.
The Bolton team will be picked from: Scott Moore, Craig Whittaker, John Fairhurst, (Westhoughton), James Molineux, Michael McGinley (Rivington), Keith Wedge (Harper Green), Ben Rooney, Sean Chambers, Joe Whittaker, Daniel Stott (Mount St. Joseph's), Nick Lester, Keir McNeill, Tom Fairclough, Billy McGuinness, (Turton), Aaron Singleton (Sharples), Tom Pickersgill (Little Lever), Alex Mort (Smithills).
Bury Under 15s are also in action taking on Oldham in the Greater Manchester Schools' League match at the Derby School tomorrow (10.30am).
