BOLTON magistrates adjourned the case of a Worsley man accused of taking a motor vehicle without consent for two weeks.
Peter Jack Eaton, aged 28, of Stoneyside Avenue, Worsley, is accused of committing the offence in September 2001.
Magistrates excused Eaton from attending the next hearing on March 7.
