MAGISTRATES have adjourned the case of a man from Bromley Cross who denies causing a breach of the peace.
Malcolm Griffiths, aged 35, of Old Barn Place, appeared at Bolton Magistrates Court on Friday charged with the offence, which is alleged to have taken place on Thursday.
The court wanted to bind him over to keep the peace in the sum over £165 but Griffiths would not accept the order as he claims he is not guilty.
Magistrates adjourned the case until March 1 when a pre-trial review will take place.
