A TOP chef will be serving up a French treat for diners at the De Veres White hotel.
Albert Roux will be bringing his expertise to the Reflections restaurant in the De Vere Whites Hotel, Middlebrook.
As the first of a series of Albert Roux dinners guests can enjoy a five course meal with champagne, coffee and petit fours and wine to complement each course for £39.50. Normally this would cost between £150 to £200.
The master chef has two restaurants in England called Le Gavroche and The Waterside and one in Amsterdam called The Cafe Roux.
He has been working with the head chef of Reflections, Paul Hoad, for two weeks and is introducing new ideas to the restaurant.
The first of the eight Albert Roux dinners is to be held in Reflections Restaurant on Tuesday, March 12.
Paul and his team will prepare dinner under the direction of the top French chef, who will make an appearance in the restaurant to speak to the guests.
General Manager, Roland Ayling, said: "We are very pleased to have such a renowned chef working with us and we will be picking up hints and tips from him to use in the restaurant."
Future dates for Roux dinners: Tuesday, April 9, Tuesday, May 21, Thursday. June 13, Tuesday, September 10, Tuesday, October 15, Tuesday, November 5, Tuesday, December 3.
