PREMIER Division leaders Rammy A received a 9-0 walkover from Horwich Sports, while Farnworth in second place just managed to beat Wharton A, thanks to a treble by Darren Howarth.

Mick Dore and Jim Chadwick trebled for Cricketers in their 6-3 win at Rammy C, as did Lyndsey Thornton for Lostock. Rammy B won a close match at Little Lever.

Division One leaders Mosses won at Heaton A with Simon Charnley recording three wins, with an eight point lead they are set for a Premier return. Meanwhile Horwich Hilton B scored a win against Ladybridge A which included a treble by Glen Phoenix.

Division Two leaders Wingates B beat BEN A, with Mike Audsley winning three sets. Trebles by Tommy Ryan and Paul Whyatt helped Ladybridge C to a 7-2 win over Hilton B. Trebles by Steve Barber and Chris Higson helped Heaton D to beat Meadow Hill.

Division Three leaders Halls recorded a comfortable 7-2 win against Little Lever D, which included trebles by Rob and Geoff Hall. Ian Bateson scored his usual treble for Halliwell Meths in their win at Heaton E retaining second spot. Mark Martin trebled for Little Lever E in their 7-2 win at Hilton C, as Mike Smith did for Ladybridge D.

Division Four leaders Rammy D lost to BEN B, but they remain favourites to win the division. Meadow Hill B thrashed Memorial Road, which included three wins by Cliff Delvard and Kath Hilton.

Eamon McEntree trebled for Hilton G, who beat Heaton F, as did veteran Jack Quinn for YMCA.

Hilton J scored a win against the Division Five leaders Hilton I, which included two wins for Stephen Ross and Jason Gandhi. Ellesmere B just managed to beat their C team, a treble here for Dave Peers. Robin Llewellyn trebled for Ladybridge G, but his team lost to Jubilee D.
