FLYING winger Keith Gillespie savoured his Worthington Cup Final success with Blackburn Rovers today, then stressed: "The hard work starts next week against Bolton."
Gillespie's delight at the 2-1 victory over Spurs is tempered by the realisation that staying in the Premiership is more important to his club.
And he looks back at Norwich, who were the last team to win the League Cup and get relegated in the same season back in 1985.
Gillespie said "We've got to transfer our cup form into the league.
"That's the most important thing - more important than today, even.
"Premiership football is where you want to be playing, so I hope we can transfer our cup form into the league and start picking up some points.
"We're assured of European football next year, which is a major step forward for us.
"But the main priority is the league, and the hard work starts next week against Bolton."
