TWO men accused of burgling a Halliwell house have been sent to Crown Court by magistrates.
James Meikle Paton, aged 38, of Kempston Gardens, Halliwell pleaded guilty to stealing property valued at £100 from a house in York Terrace and burgling with intent to steal at a property in Sunnyside Road. He was committed in custody for sentencing at the Crown Court on March 25.
Mustaq Mohammed Chana, aged 34, also of Kempston Gardens, denies burglary at York Terrace and he was committed to Crown Court for plea and direction on March 27. He was remanded on bail.
