A JURY considering the case of a teenager who was robbed at knifepoint has been discharged by a judge.
Now the case will be heard in front of a new jury later this year. The case concerned a mugging where a 15-year-old boy had been robbed at knifepoint by two men who had tried to sell him perfume.
Thomas O'Neill, aged 18, of Webster Street, Burnden, Bolton, had been on trial at Bolton Crown Court. He had denied one charge of robbery.
