PETER Kay's comedy series Phoenix Nights has been nominated for a top national television award.
The programme, filmed around Bolton, is one of three nominated for a Royal Television Society Award in the Situation Comedy and Comedy Drama category.
It competes against The Office and Brass Eye Special for the award.
The awards take place on March 19 at the Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London.
The evening will be hosted by Graham Norton.
