TWO North-west men have been charged with manslaughter after the death of Southampton worker Christopher Shute who fell into a vat of paint at a Ford vehicle factory in 2000.
Peter Preston, aged 50, from Blackburn, and Paul McKenzie, aged 53, of Cheshire, will appear before Southampton magistrates on Monday.
