COMMUTERS in the North-west faced further disruption today as a fresh wave of rail strikes got under way.
ScotRail and Arriva Trains Northern were hit by the industrial action.
There was an hourly service between Leeds and Manchester and a half-hourly service in other areas, including York-Manchester and Hull-Manchester.
