A SECURITY guard from Bolton escaped injury after being pushed to the ground during an armed robbery.
The 24-year-old man, from Harwood, was delivering and collecting money from a Halifax cash machine at the rear of Shirley Service Station in Shirley Road, Cheetham Hill.
Two masked men stole a box containing a large quantity of cash during the robbery. No weapons were seen during the attack and the security guard, who has not been named, was uninjured.
Securicor are offering a reward on any information leading to the arrest and conviction of the two men who were involved in the incident at 1pm last Monday.
