POLICE are calling on the public for any information following a burglary at a home near Adlington.
A man broke into a house on Bolton Road, Anderton, and stole a Bulove silver watch, a black leather wallet, cash, a mobile phone, passport and licence. The thief was disturbed and made off heading towards Adlington.
The man involved in the burglary, which took place on Saturday, April 27, at around 10.50pm, is described as white, stocky, about five feet eight inches tall wearing a green jacket with two white stripes down the front. He was also wearing a baseball hat, black trousers, white training shoes and possible had a goatee beard.
