BRITISH Waterways is to start a £13,000 scheme improving a beauty spot popular with walkers, horse riders and cyclists.
Dutton Locks on the River Weaver Navigation near Acton Bridge, Cheshire, has got a picnic area and a community arts exhibition site.
One of the arts projects has already been completed, a living willow tunnel woven by local artists Sarah Gallagher.
