Graduates 'lack the key to skills'
TODAY'S graduates may have good IT skills but many have only a basic grasp of the key interpersonal and analytical skills needed to succeed in the workplace, it is is claimed.
According to research by the Chartered Management Institute and the London College of Printing, only 30 per cent of the UK managers quizzed were impressed with graduates' ability to communicate.
