BOLTON Hospice hopes to stay in bloom this year, as it celebrates its 10th anniversary with a commemorative buttonhole rose.
The charity has sent 30,000 of their new anniversary roses out into the community with the hope that people will make a £1 donation and wear their rose with pride. Spokesman James Emmett said: "The Hospice was opened by the late Princess of Wales, affectionately named England's Rose. The flower symbolises love, and this is the essence of Hospice care."
Pictured with one of the roses is staff nurse Janet Heywood.
